Shipping policy

1. Address & Label Accuracy

Shipping labels are auto-generated from the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure the information is correct, as SNIPA is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect input.

2. Final Product Inspection

Each product—especially scopes, mounts, and high-value optics—is inspected, photographed, and archived before leaving our Ontario facility. We capture both the product and the shipping label for quality assurance.

3. Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed on the same business day. Orders after 2:00 PM EST may ship the next business day.

4. Shipping Methods

• Delivery within Canada is estimated within 2–5 business days.
• Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited or similar courier services.
• All shipments are dispatched from our Ontario warehouse.
• Tracking is provided for every shipment.

5. Free Shipping & International

• Free shipping across Canada and the U.S. (Duty Paid by Customer at Delivery) 
• International shipping available (customs and duties may apply).

6. Tracking & Confirmation

A confirmation email with your tracking number is sent once the item ships. Real-time updates are available via the carrier’s website.

7. Delays & Delivery Issues

Delays due to weather, courier disruptions, or customs are outside our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is confirmed lost or stolen, contact support@snipa.ca immediately. We will assist with investigation and initiate a claim if applicable.

9. Address Changes

• Before Shipping: Email us with the subject line “Address Change for Order #[Your Order Number]” — we’ll update it at no cost.
• After Shipping: We’ll attempt to reroute your package; additional fees may apply.
