SNIPA Return Policy – Simple & Secure
At SNIPA, we take product quality and customer satisfaction seriously. Every item is inspected, documented, and securely packed before leaving our Ontario facility.
Return Conditions
- Items must be in brand-new, unused condition with original box, accessories, manuals, and protective materials.
- Items must not show any signs of use, installation, mounting, pairing, or adjustment.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase using the same email used to place the order.
- Used products, even if slightly mounted or tested, are not refundable and are covered under our Warranty Policy instead.
- Claims for defects or shipping damage must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery and include photo/video proof.
Inspection & Verification
- All shipments are verified with photos, serial numbers, and internal records before dispatch.
- High-value items (e.g., scopes, mounts, tactical optics) undergo enhanced inspection and are tracked individually.
- Any returned item that doesn’t meet our policy will be denied and returned to the sender.
Return Process
- Email your return request to support@snipa.ca within 30 days of purchase.
- Once approved, ship the item within 5 business days and send us the tracking number.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the issue is confirmed as a SNIPA shipping error.
All returned items are inspected by SNIPA's technical team within 5 business days. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within the same period.
